The Muskingum women's soccer team slipped against non-conference opponent Ohio Wesleyan, 3-0 on Saturday afternoon at the North Turf Field.

  • Ohio Wesleyan opened the scoring up in the 8th minute off a header from Avery Maxeiner.
  • The Battling Bishops jumped ahead 2-0, off a strike from Ali Claus who drilled it from the left post.
  • Ohio Wesleyan scored their final goal of the contest in the 44th minute from Jaelyn Dodson.

  • Freshman Britney Herrick and sophomore Madison Yenke led the Muskie attack with three shots each. 
  • Freshman Hannah Ritchie and sophomore Morgan Meisel ended the Muskingum offensive effort with one shot apiece.
  • Junior goalkeeper Kelly Buck played 45 minutes and tallied a career-high 12 saves between the pipes for the Muskies.
  • Sophomore goalkeeper Jennafer Roberts played 45 minutes and snagged three saves.
