Ohio Northern scored six first-half goals on a rainy Homecoming night in McConagha Stadium to beat Muskingum.

How It Happened

  • Ohio Northern erupted for six first-half goals to seize control of the outing. McKenna Welsh led the Polar Bears with a hat trick on five shots.
  • Muskingum was led by freshman Emily Wiley who had three shots.
  • Freshman Tori Stuard, senior Hailey Dickey, sophomore Stephanie Siwicki and senior Kelsey Overley all added a strike.
  • Ohio Northern ended the contest with a 33-7 advantage in shots and held an 8-2 edge in corner kicks.

Between The Pipes

  • Junior Liz Mitchell played the opening 63 minutes in goal and made 11 saves and allowed six goals. Freshman Mallory Buckley played the final 27 minutes in frame and made three saves.
  • Emily Brodict played the opening 45 minutes in goal and made one save. Ashley Grisnik and Jordyn Roelofs split time in the second half.
