Dickey and Angert named Academic All-Ohio

Dickey and Angert named Academic All-Ohio

The Ohio Collegiate Soccer Association has announced that Muskingum sophomore Hailey Dickey and sophomore Becca Angert have been named Academic All-Ohio.

Dickey, a nursing major, started all 19 games for the Muskies and ended the season with a career-best five assists. She ranks seventh all-time at Muskingum with nine career assists. Dickey aided the offensive attack as a playmaker in the midfield and also helped anchor the Muskie defense from the sweeper position. Dickey was earlier honored with All-OAC Honorable Mention accolades.

Angert, a history and American studies major, started every game for the Muskies. She helped anchor the Muskingum backline and aided in the offensive attack from the forward position.

The Ohio Collegiate Soccer Association is one of the oldest and most prestigious college soccer associations in the nation. The OCSA represents all National Collegiate Athletic Association divisions (NCAA), all National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics divisions (NAIA) and all National Junior College Athletic Association divisions (NJCAA) in Ohio.
