Muskingum fell to Heidelberg in its home opener on Tuesday night, 41-12. The Muskies were led by senior Hunter Heck, freshman Aiden Johnson, and freshman Lee Zoganas.

On the Mat
- Senior Hunter Heck earned four points for the Muskies with a win by major decision (14-2) in the 125-pound weight class.
- Freshman Aiden Johnson won by decision 14-7 in the 141-pound weight class. Johnson earned three points for the Muskies.
- Freshman Lee Zoganas wrestled in the 149-pound weight class. Lee rounded out the Muskie with a five-point effort with a 19-3 tech fall.
