Muskingum Competes at the Baldwin Wallace Invitational

Muskingum scored 33.5 points at the Baldwin Wallace Invitational to finish 12th. The Muskies were led by Senior Noah DeHainaut who finished sixth in his weight class.

The Basics

  • Rudolph Ursprung Gymnasium – Berea, Ohio
  • The Muskies finished with 33.5 total points.

On the Mat

  • Senior Noah DeHainaut earned a sixth-place finish in the 285 pound-weight class. Dehainaut had a record of 3-3 and gained 12 points for the Muskies. He won by a fall (1:58), major decision (16-2), and decision (6-3).
  • Freshman Aiden Johnson wrestled the 141 pound-weight class and scored 5.5 points. Johnson went 2-2 and won with two falls (4:49 and 1:47)
  • Freshman Lee Zoganas finished with a record of 2-2 in the 149 pound-weight class and earned five points for the Muskies. Zoganas won by major decision (9-0) and a fall (4:38)
  • Senior Hunter Heck finished with a record of 2-2 and scored four points for Muskingum. Heck earned his wins with a decision (8-4) and a fall (2:36)
  • Freshman Donovan King scored four points for the Muskies. King wrestled in the 141 pound-weight class, his win came by a fall (0:55)
  • The following Muskies also wrestled at the meet in their respective weight class: Zeke Poulos (165), Dakota Tennant (285), and Chris Davis (149).
