Women’s Lacrosse set to host Anderson (Ind.) on Friday

After a setback to Capital on Wednesday evening, the Muskingum women's lacrosse team will turn its focus to hosting Anderson (Ind.) on Friday evening at the North Athletic Turf Field.

The Basics

Records: Muskingum (3-6 Overall, 0-2 OAC) Capital (4-3 Overall, 2-0 OAC)

Season Stats

  • Sophomore Riley Hudock leads the Muskingum offense with 29 goals and 30 points (29 goals and 1 assist). Hudock has etched her name into the Muskingum record book. She currently sits fourth in career goals (70), third in draw controls (94), seventh in ground balls (66).
  • Junior Hannah Heyboer has dished out a team-high 10 assists. Heyboer is one assist away from tying most assists in a season (11) set by Carly Spitz in 2019. Heyboer also tied Spitz's school record in assists (4) against Sweet Briar, falling one assist short of the school record (5) set by sophomore teammate Megan Lang.
  • Sophomore Riley Zwagerman has tallied 17 goals and five assists, while sophomore Megan Lang has notched 13 goals and seven assists.
  • Defensively, senior Raiyah Johnson has a team-high 22 caused turnovers. Johnson is seven away from tying the season record of 27, set by teammate Riley Hudock set in 2022. 
  • Freshman goalkeeper Kyleigh Dahlgren leads the Muskies with 54 ground balls. In the net, Dahlgren has registered 94 saves which ranks second in the Ohio Athletic Conference. Dahlgren also notched a career-high 16 saves against Bethany earlier this season.
