Women’s Golf grabs second place at Muskingum Invitational

Behind a round of 83 from junior Allison Jurkovic, the Muskie women's golf team finished in second place at the Muskingum Invitational hosted at Zanesville Country Club.

The Basics

  • The event was hosted by Muskingum and held at Zanesville Country Club.
  • Muskingum finished second out of five teams.
  • As a team, the Muskies shot a combined score of 365.
  • Otterbein won the team title with a score of 315.

On the Course

  • Muskingum was led by junior Allison Jurkovic who carded a score of 83 to finish fourth as an individual.
  • Freshman Katelyn Hines also finished inside the top-10 with a score of 90 to finish eighth.
  • Senior Nyoka Clarke registered a score of 94 for the Muskies, while freshman Jocelyn Scalambrino finished with a round of 98.
  • Junior Morgan Mullaly rounded out the Muskie scoring with a 105, while sophomore Samantha Miller finished with a 101 as an individual.

  • Muskingum will be back in action on Saturday, April 1, when they compete in the Eva Shorb Weiskopf Invitational. The two-day event is scheduled to begin at 12:00 p.m.
