Women's golf sets school record for lowest round in program history

The Muskingum women's golf team set the school record for the lowest round in program history after shooting a 352 on Saturday at the Capital Purple and White Invite at the Royal American G.C.

Notables

  • The Muskies set the school record for the lowest round after shooting a 352. The previous mark was 364 set in 2004 at the Lady Yellow Jacket Fall Invitational.
  • Freshman Allison Jurkovic led the Muskies with a 79 to finish tied for second in the 38-golfer field. Jurkovic is just the second-ever Muskie to shoot a round in the 70s. The school record is held by Ashley Neading, who shot a 78 at the 2006 Muskingum Invitational.
