Kenyon erased an 11-point deficit over the final seven minutes of the game to hand Muskingum a season opening 66-62 loss on Tuesday night in the Recreation Center.

- The Muskies were led by sophomore Alexandra Carson who scored eight points and added two assists.
- Junior Mallory Taylor had seven points and grabbed five rebounds.

- Bailey Dominguez led the Lords with eight points and seven rebounds.
- Kenyon held a 32-19 advantage on the glass.

Second Half
- Muskingum took a 51-40 lead on sophomore Olivia Besancon's three-point shot with 6:54 to play.
- Kenyon responded and outscored the Muskies 26-11 to close out the game to seal the road win.
Post Game
- Besancon led the Muskies with a career-high 22-point performance, which included hitting 6-of-8 three-point shots.
- Taylor added a double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds.
- Carson chipped in 11 points, while senior Angela Darnley registered four assists.
- Muskingum ended the game shooting .299 (20-of-67).
- Dominguez led Kenyon with 21 points and 14 rebounds.
- Sidney Cera added 13 points and Miranda Diesz had 11 points and seven rebounds.
- Kenyon ended the game with a 54-39 edge in rebounds and shot .277 (18-of-65) from the field.
