Muskingum men's indoor track & field freshman Daven Gibson competed at the 2024 NCAA Division III Men's and Women's Indoor Track & Field National Championships hosted at the Virginia Beach Sports Center in Virginia Beach, Virginia. 

Gibson missed his first three attempts at 1.94m (6-4.25) and did not advance in the competition.

Gibson entered the high jump championship field tied for 12th in the nation. He qualified for the championships after tying the Muskingum record with a mark of 6-8.75 at Muskie Meet #2 at the Bullock Health and Wellness Complex.

This season, Gibson finished first in the high jump in five meets and was named All-Region.
