Muskingum senior forward Mahfuz Yakubu has been named to the All-OAC Third Team for his performance in the 2023 season.

Yakubu led the Muskies with eight goals on the season while notching one assist and tallying a team high 17 points. He accounted for 41 shots during the season, 16 of which were on goal. Yakubu had two games with multiple goals, the first game was against Franciscan where he scored two goals, and the second instance where he tallied two goals was against Capital. 

This season, Yakubu registered his career-high in goals with eight, which ranked seventh in the OAC.
