Muskingum men's soccer freshman midfielder Trent Newby has been named Honorable Mention All-Ohio Athletic Conference.

Newby, who led the Muskies with six goals and two assists for 14 points, ranked 11th in the OAC in goals scored and 18th in points. He ended his freshman campaign with two game-winning strikes. 

Overall, Newby played in 17 games, with 16 starts, and mustered 48 shots.
