The Muskingum men's lacrosse team fell to Olivet on Saturday evening at McConagha Stadium, 17-6.

Inside the Numbers

• Olivet led 7-3 at the break, netting four first period goals.
• The Comets took control of the contest in the third period outscoring the Muskies 6-2 en route to the win. 
• Muskingum scored six goals on 38 shots, 17 of which were on goal. 
• Olivet finished with a game-high 54 ground balls and fired off 63 shots. 

Game Notes

• Freshman Nick Klinefelter led the Muskie charge with a team-high two goals.
• Sophomore Jake Stewart, junior Tucker Haas, sophomore Ryan Stacey and junior Andrew Ward all finished with one goal each. 
• Junior Phillip Dappen led Muskingum in net recording 16 saves. 
• The Comets were led by Tyler Polendo with a game-high six goals.
