Men's Lacrosse ends season at Capital

The Muskingum men's lacrosse team ended it season with a 18-5 loss at Ohio Athletic Conference foe Capital on Saturday.

Inside The Numbers

  • Senior David DeGood ended his career with a hat trick. He scored three goals on four shots.
  • Sophomore Zach Kern scored one goal on three shots.
  • Sophomore Ian McGougan tallied one goal on three shots.
  • Sophomore Phillip Dappen played all 60 minutes in frame and made 16 saves.
  • Capital was led by Brennan O'Callaghan who scored three goals and registered two assists.
  • Ted Crites also added three goals.
  • Cole Palmby secured the win in frame after making four saves in 35 minutes of work.
  • The 2016 campaign marked Muskingum's second season as a varsity sport. The Muskies made history during the season by winning its first-ever road game.
