Emig and Davis post career-high performances to power Muskingum past Wilmington

Muskingum freshman Owen Emig and sophomore Duane Davis each logged career-high performances to power Muskingum past Wilmington in a raucous Steele Center on Wednesday night, 84-71. Emig ended the game with 30 points, while Davis scored 27 points.

  • Freshman Owen Emig poured in a career-best 30 points on 9-of-15 shooting, which included hitting 8-of-11 from behind the arc.
  • Sophomore Duane Davis scored a career-high 27 points, which included hammering home two thunderous dunks.

  • Freshman Reed Coconis had six assists, five steals, and two rebounds with his efforts on both sides of the ball.
  • The Quakers shot 28-of-58 (48.3%) from the field, 7-of-24 (29.2%) from three-point range, and 8-of-11 (72.7%) from the free throw line.
  • Domenic Farley scored 18 points on 6-of-12 (50%) from the field and recorded five rebounds, five assists, three steals and a blocked shot.
