Men's Basketball fell just short in the Ohio Athletic Conference season opener to Baldwin Wallace 67-62. The Muskies missed a last second three-point shot to tie the game with just seconds left.

  • Muskingum went into the half with a 30-28 lead over the yellow jackets. The Muskies shot an efficient 13-of-27 (48.1%) in the first half. In the second half, the Muskies shot 10-of-28 (35.7%).
  • Muskingum held a 60-57 lead over the Yellow Jackets with 02:29 left in the game. Baldwin Wallace would then go on a 6-0 run to take the lead.
  • The Muskies just missed the game-tying three-point shot with just 00:08 seconds on the clock.
