Men's Basketball fell just short in the Ohio Athletic Conference season opener to Baldwin Wallace 67-62. The Muskies missed a last second three-point shot to tie the game with just seconds left.

How it Happened

• Muskingum went into the half with a 30-28 lead over the yellow jackets. The Muskies shot an efficient 13-of-27 (48.1%) in the first half. In the second half, the Muskies shot 10-of-28 (35.7%).
• Muskingum held a 60-57 lead over the Yellow Jackets with 02:29 left in the game. Baldwin Wallace would then go on a 6-0 run to take the lead.
• The Muskies just missed the game-tying three-point shot with just 00:08 seconds on the clock.

• The Muskies shot 23-of-55 (41.8%) from the field, 5-of-21 (23.8%) from the three-point range and 11-of-15 (73.3%) from the free throw line.
• The Muskies recorded 32 points in the paint, six second-chance points, 14 bench points, 30 rebounds, 10 assists, eight steals, and three blocks.
• Sophomore Kaelan Pulliam led the Muskies with 21 points, shooting an efficient 6-of-13 (46.1%) from the field and went 9-of-13 (69.2%) from the free throw line.
• Sophomore Duane Davis fueled the Muskingum offence with 11 points. Davis went 5-of-7 (71.4%) from the field and 1-1 (100%) from beyond the arc. He also added seven rebounds and four assists.
• Sophomore Logan Stotzer aided the offense with 10 points, shooting an efficient 4-of-9 (54.5%) from the field.
• Freshman Owen Emig added eight points for the Muskies.
• Senior Luken Hill shot 3-of-3 from the field and grabbed six rebounds.
• Aj Pestello led the Yellow Jackets with 22 points, shooting 9-10 (90%) from the field.
• Baldwin Wallace's Ray Ellington scored 20 points and added nine rebounds.
