• The Muskingum men's basketball team used a strong second half to beat Otterbein on Saturday, 76-71. The win was the third straight for the Muskies. Marsh led all scorers with 26 points, hitting 9-of-15 from the field and 4-of-7 from the arc, and finished with a team-best nine rebounds, while Marcus Dempsey poured out 20 points, three assists, and two steals.
• The Muskies are tied for first in the OAC with a 3-1 record, which is their best conference start since the 1997-1998 season.
• Dempsey is ranked second in the conference and seventh in Division III in points per game (24.4). He is making 49.0% of his shots from the field (75-of-153) and 30.5% from the arc (18-of-59).
• Marsh is second on the team and fourth in the conference in points per game (20.0), and first on the team and fourth in the conference in rebounds per game (8.1).
