The Muskingum senior receiving tandem of Zuri Edmondson and Ja'Lin Goodman etched their names into the Muskingum record book against Ohio Northern on Saturday. Edmondson pushed his career receiving yards to 2,173, ranking first all-time at Muskingum. Goodman tied the school mark for longest kickoff return for a touchdown with his 98-yard score late in the third quarter.

  • Senior receiver Zuri Edmondson set the school career record for receiving yards after having 56 yards today. He now has 2,173 career receiving yards.
  • Edmondson also holds the record for career receptions with 144.
  • Muskie senior receiver Ja'Lin Goodman tied the school record for longest kickoff return for a touchdown with his 98-yard return late in the third quarter. Goodman tied the mark set in 2000 by Jeremy Abney against Capital.
  • Goodman now has 589 return yards this season, which ranks fifth for a single season. He is tied with Connon Thompson, who set the mark in 1993.
  • Goodman also ranks eighth all-time at Muskingum with 1,231 return yards.
  • Goodman was named a Wally's Pizza Player of the Game.
  • Muskingum sophomore linebacker Conner Gurney was named a Wally's Pizza Player of the Game after notching a game-high 12 tackles with three tackles for loss.
