The Muskingum baseball team scored two runs in the top of the eighth inning to stun 6-ranked Wooster on Wednesday afternoon, 4-2.

Inside the Numbers
- Muskingum took the 1-0 lead in the top of the first inning following a RBI double by senior Austin DeVore.
- Wooster responded with two runs in the bottom of the second to claim the 2-1 advantage.
- The Muskies plated the game-tying run in the top of the fifth inning as sophomore Marc Ibarra scored on junior Eddie Harper's at bat.
- In the top of the eighth inning, Harper singled to left field while senior Joe Shumar and DeVore capitalized on Wooster miscues loading the bases.
- Senior Dallas Allen provided the clutch hit as he doubled down the left field line scoring the potential game-winning run.

- Freshman Thomas Green (2-1) claimed the win on the mound throwing three innings surrendering three hits with two strikeouts.
- Muskingum plated four runs on five hits.
- Allen led the Muskies at the dish going 2-for-4 with a game-high two RBI's.

- Jacob Pries took the loss for Wooster pitching 1.1 innings allowing one run on one hit.
