After eight seasons, Muskingum volleyball head coach Hallie Cruzen stepped down, leaving the Muskies to become associate head coach at the Naval Academy.

Muskingum faced off against John Carroll on Senior day. The Seniors recognized for the Muskies were Khloe Taylor, Raegan Flood, and Hannah Gove. The Muskies fell 3-0 (25-15, 25-17, 25-19).
Muskingum and Mount Union battled in a five-set thriller on Wednesday night in the Steele Center. The Purple Raiders escaped New Concord with a 3-2 win (15-25, 25-14, 25-23, 20-25, 15-11).
Muskingum traveled to Berea for a tri-match against Baldwin Wallace and #1 Juniata. The Muskies finished the day with a record of 0-2. Muskingum first faced off against Baldwin Wallace and would keep it close, but fell 3-0(25-21, 25-19, 25-22). Next, Muskingum went up against #1 Juniata and Stumbled 3-0 (25-16, 25-16, 25-12).
Muskingum traveled to Carnegie Mellon on Friday night, where they stumbled in a 3-1 contest. Senior Khloe Taylor and freshman Mackenzie Krous each added nine kills for Muskingum, in the contest.
Muskingum traveled to Tiffin for a tri-match against Heidelberg and Case Western Reserve. The Muskies finished the tri-match with a record of 1-1. The Muskies swept the Student Princes in a dominating 3-0 win (26-24, 25-19, 25-20). Muskingum would next face off against Case Western Reserve and fall 3-0 (25-20, 25-20, 25-18).
Muskingum battled Otterbein in its OAC opener on Wednesday night in a raucous Steele Center. The Muskies fell against the Cardinals, 3-1 (25-17, 21-25, 25-12, 25-15).
The Muskingum volleyball team opened the Muskingum Invitational with a home-opening game against 22nd-ranked Mount St. Joseph. The Lions handed the Muskies a 3-0 (25-20, 25-14, 25-18) setback.
Muskingum went down to the Transy Invite, where they played against Covenant and Transylvania. Muskingum fell to Covenant 3-0 (26-24, 25-18, 25-19). Then the Muskies battled 16th-ranked Transylvania and lost 3-0 (25-21, 25-14, 25-15).
