#WinsDay features the Muskingum women's soccer team's historic win against Ohio Athletic Conference foe Wilmington on Wednesday, October 9. The Muskies earned the big win against the Quakers at the North Athletic Turf Field, 3-1. The victory marked the first time Muskingum beat Wilmington in program history.
Nine Muskingum Student-Athletes earned the Greg Riggar Dedicated to Sport Award. Senior softball outfielder Jennifer Schrader, senior women's soccer midfielder Elena Kozelek, senior wrestler Cody Jenkins, senior men's basketball center Colton Kashner, senior football linebacker Quinton Gabbard, senior football linebacker Caleb Gaiters, senior men's lacrosse midfielder Thomas McCauley, senior men's lacrosse attacker Nick Klinefelter, senior baseball pitcher Mark Rest were all honored with the Greg Riggar Dedicated to Sport Award.
Muskingum women's soccer senior captain Julia Prokopchak and junior Alyssa Schneider were both recognized for their success in the classroom by being named Academic All-Ohio by the Ohio Collegiate Soccer Association (OSCA). Schneider was named First-Team and Prokopchak was named Second-Team.
