Graduate senior Macy McAdams finished 157th at the Division III NCAA Women's Cross Country National Championships to become the first national participant in school history.

McAdams' Historic Run

- McAdams caps off a season that saw her claim the OAC Women's Cross Country individual championship with a 6K time of 22:29.6. Muskingum hosted the OAC Championships at Moorehead Farm, the University's state-of-the-art cross country and archery facility.
- McAdams became Muskingum's first OAC Cross Country champion since 1991 when Harriett Scheid brought the crown back to New Concord.
- McAdams kicked off the 2022 season with a first-place finish at the Muskingum Meet in early September. McAdams tallied a 5K time of 19:54.8 to claim the individual title. McAdams' performance earned her OAC Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Week honors.
- McAdams also earned All-Ohio accolades when she finished fifth at the All-Ohio Championships. McAdams registered a 5K time of 18:51.9 to earn All-Ohio honors.
- McAdams also put in a solid showing at the Oberlin Invitational, where she finished fifth overall with a 6K time of 22:13.4.
