The Muskingum women's cross country team placed 9th in the 15-team field at the St. Vincent Invitational on Saturday.
The Course
- The Invitational was held at St. Vincent.
- Each runner completed a 6k course.
How It Happened
- Senior Julie Fobes led the Muskies with a 14th place finish of the 157-runner field in a time of 24:47. The time is a season-best for Fobes.
- Freshman Lauren Hunt finished 22nd in a time of 25:23.
- Senior Heidi Snipes claimed a 51st place finish in a time of 26:47, followed by senior Hannah Gregory in 67th place with a time of 27:41.
- Sophomore Keely Ames finished 71st in a time of 28:00.
- Rounding out the field for the Muskies were sophomore Reilly Walsh and senior Josie Baum in 73rd and 78th place, respectively.
- Muskingum ended the race with 225 points and a total time of 2:12:38.
- Allegheny won the team title with 31 points and a total time of 1:59:53.
