Women’s Lacrosse slips in OAC-opener against Otterbein

The Muskingum women's lacrosse team slipped in its Ohio Athletic Conference opener against Otterbein on Saturday afternoon, 20-3. The game marked both teams' first OAC contest.

Inside the Numbers

  • Muskingum ended the outing with five shots, 11 ground balls, and five caused turnovers.
  • Freshman Riley Hudock led the Muskies with two goals, while also securing three ground balls.
  • Freshman Megan Lang added one goal.
  • Sophomore Emily Mullikin secured three groundballs. 
  • Sophomore Cailin Wise played all 60 minutes in the frame for the Muskies and notched eight saves. Wise also secured four groundballs. 
  • Emily Willms lead the Cardinal offense with nine goals. 
  • Maggie Nance played all 60 minutes in goal for Otterbein and notched two saves.
