The Muskingum University STUNT team capped off its season finishing as National Runners-Up at the 2023 College STUNT National Championships in Dallas, Texas. 

How it Happened

• The second-seeded Muskies defeated third-seeded Buena Viesta 12-2 in the opening game.
• Muskingum took on the defending National Champions, one-seeded Alma College, but ultimately fell 20-0 to the Scots.
• In the consolation bracket, the Muskies defeated Buena Viesta 9-2, to head into the National Championship game to take on Alma.
• The Scots defeated the Muskies 23-0 to earn back-to-back National Championships.

Notables

• The event took place at the University of Texas at Dallas on April 27-29.
• The Muskies clinched the second overall seed in the tournament.
• In just their second full season of competition, the Muskies were 6-4 this spring and earned the program's first national appearance. 
• Muskingum finished the year ranked second among Division III STUNT programs.
• The contest marked the season finale for the STUNT team.
