The Ohio Athletic Conference has announced that senior pitcher Madelyn Thomas was named OAC Pitcher of the Week, following her superb performances last week.

Thomas, the OAC Pitcher of the Week, showcased her talent as she dominated in the pitching circle. Thomas retired 21 batters by strikeout, while holding the hitters to a .189 batting average. In those two games, she pitched 15 innings and finished with a 0.93 ERA.

On the season, Thomas has started in 13 games with a 9-3 record and has registered 81 strikeouts with a 1.79 ERA.
