The Muskingum men's indoor track and field team finished fifth in the seven-team field at the Capital Invite on Friday.

On the Track
- Freshman Ja'Lin Goodman led the charge for the Muskies finishing third in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.37.
- Sheldon Broyles notched a 400-meter dash time of 57.42, finishing sixth.
- Senior Logan Skolosh finished first in the 500-meter dash (1:12.56), while James Muncie notched third (1:19.24).
- Senior Doug McIntire notched third in the 1,000-meter run with a time of 2:44.15.
- Junior John Franz led the charge in the 3,000-meter run finishing first with a time of 10:27.98.
- Freshman Luke Howald finished sixth in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 16:48.21.
- Freshman Seth Roseberry locked in sixth in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.90.
- The 4x200-meter relay team of Goodman, sophomore Aaron Johnston, Broyles, and Roseberry finished with a time of 1:37.00, securing third.
- The 4x400-meter relay team of Broyles, McIntire, Skolosh, and Muncie locked in third with a time of 3:59.60.
In the Field
- Goodman secured fifth in long jump with a leap of 6.05 meters.
- Freshman Tristan Makowski grabbed third in shot put with a toss of 12.98 meters.
- Sophomore Daniel Odette-Spillner finished fifth in shot put with a distance of 12.41 meters.
- Makowski also locked in sixth in weight throw with a distance of 12.06 meters.
