Men’s Bowling breaks records at Kegel/ISBA Collegiate Classic

Freshman Evan Thro bowled a five-game record-breaking series of 1163 (238-181-256-269-219) en route to finishing 10th out of a 432-bowler field at the Kegel Midwest Collegiate Classic over the weekend. The Muskingum Men's Bowling team continued their solid performance breaking the school-record team score notching a combined score of 1170. The Muskies finished the event with a combined team score of 9057 to place 18th out of a 68-team field.

Notables

  • Thro shot a five-game series of 1163 surpassing his previous record of 956 he set earlier this season at an Ohio Bowling Conference event.
  • The Muskingum Men's bowling team shot a team game of 1170 to break their previous record of 1088 they set earlier this season at an Ohio Bowling Conference event.

Sophomore Ethan Mcdonald finished 25th rolling a solid five-game series of 1110 (219-213-185-225-268) averaging 222 per game.

Sophomore Andrew Amore carded a 1050 series (208-177-216-181-268) averaging 210 per game to finish 64th.
