Thro sets school record, leads men's bowling to first-place finish at OBC event

Freshman Evan Thro bowled a school-record 956 (193-258-267-238) series en route to finishing first out of a 163-bowler field, at the Ohio Bowling Conference event on Saturday. The Muskingum Men's bowling team continued their solid performance breaking the school-record team score notching a combined score of 1088. The Muskies won the event out of a 15-team field.

Sophomore Ethan McDonald finished ninth rolling a solid four-game series of 865 (245-203-218-199) averaging a 216.3 per game.

Freshman Justin Veal carded a 773 series (185-177-205-206) averaging a 193.3 per game to finish 37th.

Sophomore Andrew Amore bowled a 656 series (214-200-242) to place 80th

Junior Alberto Dunlap finished logged a 582 (190-189-203) to finish 94th rounding out the Muskie effort

Muskingum returns to action on Saturday, November 6-7 when they compete at the Buckeye Baker Bash at HP Lanes in Columbus.
