The Muskingum baseball team dropped two games against OAC-foe John Carroll on Sunday afternoon.

Game One
The Difference
- Muskingum tallied their first run of the game in the second inning off an RBI double from junior Nate Keiser.
- Muskingum got on the board again in the fourth inning via an RBI single from junior Wyatt Reeder.
- Junior Quinten Collins tallied his second homer of the year in the fifth inning with a solo blast to left field.
Inside the Numbers
- Junior Wyatt Reeder led the way offensively for Muskingum. Reeder tallied a 3-for-4 line with a double and an RBI.
- Junior Quinten Collins finished 2-for-4 with a solo home run, while junior Nate Keiser notched a 1-for-3 line with an RBI.
- Senior Allex Santacroce finished 1-for-4 with a run scored, while freshman Sam Palmieri also recorded a hit for Muskingum as well.
- Freshman Jake Roshau got the start on the mound for Muskingum. Roshau gave up five earned runs in three innings pitched.
- John Carroll was led by Joe Olsavsky with four hits and an RBI.

The Difference
- Muskingum tallied their first run of game two in the second inning off an RBI ground out from junior Wyatt Reeder.
- In the fourth inning, sophomore Tobie Teke tallied a run off a two RBI single through the right side. Teke's single scored junior Gavin Hawk and junior Ryan Schwartz.
- In the sixth inning Schwartz tallied his first home run of the season, blasting a two-run shot to center field. Later in the inning, junior Nate Keiser recorded an RBI single to right center for Muskingum's fifth run of the game.
- In the ninth, junior Peyton Carr recorded his first home run of the season on a solo shot to left field.
Inside the Numbers
- Muskingum was led by junior Ryan Schwartz who finished 3-for-5 with two RBI and two runs scored.
- Junior Gavin Hawk tallied a 2-for-2 line with two runs scored, while sophomore Weston Melick recorded a 2-for-4 line with one run scored.
- Sophomore Tobie Teke finished 1-for-3 with an RBI, while junior Peyton Carr went 1-for-1 with his pinch-hit homer.
- Freshman Jason Murphy started on the mound for Muskingum. Murphy gave up three earned runs in one and two-thirds innings pitched.
- Muskingum used a season-high six pitchers in game two as well.
- John Carroll was led by Joe Olsavsky who finished 3-for-6 with five RBI.
