The Muskingum women's cross country team finished 28th in the 33-team field at the 7th annual JennaStrong Invitational on Friday.

The Course

• The invitational was held by Wilmington.
• The event was a 5K race.
• The race featured runners from Division I, II, and III.
• The Muskies finished with a total of 868 points. 
• Ohio State secured first with 41 points. 

How It Happened

• Sophomore Mikayla Deiotte directed the Muskies with a time of 22:15.7.
• Freshman Madison Curavo notched a final time of 23:25.1.
• Freshman Valerie Deighton secured a time of 24:12.4.
• Sophomore Abbi Gauch logged a final time of 25:39.4. 
• Freshman Angela Toth locked in a time of 26:09.0. 
• Freshman Kelsey Saxton finished with a time of 27:43.9, while junior Demeisha Ransom registered a final time of 27:50.5.
