The Muskingum women's tennis team fell at Franciscan on Thursday afternoon, 9-0.
The Barons grabbed the early momentum by winning first, second, and third doubles. The Muskie first doubles team of junior Gracie Andrews and freshman Sarah Ann Hafner dropped an 8-5 battle against Haley Davinsizer and Laina Anderson.
In singles play, Franciscan maintained control of the match en route to the win.
Muskingum next hosts Waynesburg and Cedarville on Saturday, September 25. The match times are slated for 12:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
