The Muskingum wrestling team slipped to Thomas More on Tuesday night, 38-14.

With the loss, the Muskies fall to 0-3 overall, while Thomas More moves to 6-6 overall.

Leading the Muskies on the mat were freshman Hunter Heck, freshman Tanner Donathan, and freshman Noah DeHainaut. Heck picked up a victory in the 125 weight class by fall over James Mulenga in 4:42. Donathan earned a win by a 10-1 major decision over Cody Roland in the 149 weight class. DeHainaut finished the night with an 18-10 major decision victory over Tyler Kassinger in the 285 weight class. 

The Muskies next compete at home when they take on Ohio Valley on Tuesday, January 14. The matches are set to begin at 7:00 p.m.
