The Muskingum women's lacrosse team fell to OAC-foe Ohio Northern, 23-2.

How it Happened
- Ohio Northern was able to get out to a fast start on the offensive end, and they led the Muskies 8-1 after the first quarter.
- Ohio Northern outscored the Muskies 8-0 in the second quarter to extend their lead to 16-1 at halftime.
- Both teams played a tightly contested third quarter, and Ohio Northern led 18-2 after the third period.
- Ohio Northern scored five more goals in the fourth quarter to secure their 23-2 win.
Inside the Numbers
- The Muskies were led by freshman Riley Zwagerman and Haley Clifton with one goal each. Zwagerman also recorded two ground balls for Muskingum.
- Freshman Megan Lang dished out one assist for the Muskies.
- Freshman Anneliese Mercuri and junior Valerie Deighton both recorded a team-high three ground balls.
- Freshman Alaina Metal recorded nine saves in net for the Muskies.
- The Polar Bears were led by Meredith Miller with five goals.
