The Muskingum women's lacrosse team slipped to Albion in their season/home opener on Sunday afternoon, 24-4.

- Five unanswered second-quarter Albion goals extended the Briton lead to 13-2 heading into the break.

- The Muskies were led by freshman Megan Lang who tallied a team-high two goals on three shots.
- Freshman Riley Zwagerman and freshman Riley Hudock each added a goal apiece for Muskingum. Zwagerman also secured two ground balls for the Muskies.
- Defensively, sophomore Cailin Wise recorded eight saves during 60 minutes of work in the net for Muskingum.
