Sophomore Allison Jurkovic fired a three-day total of 285 (86-85-87) to earn All-OAC honors and lead the Muskingum women's golf team to a record-tying finish at the OAC Championships.
The Basics
- The 2022 OAC Championships were held at River Greens Golf Course.
- Ohio Northern's Grace Honigford, and Otterbein's Lyndsay Blum shared medalist honors after turning in three-day totals of 236.
- Otterbein won the team title with a team score of 974 (327-324-323).
- Muskingum finished in fourth place out of the nine-team field with a three-day total of 1,070 (360-357-353).
Notables
- Muskingum's fourth place finish ties their best finish at the OAC Championships in program history. Muskingum finished in fourth place last year as well, to set the all-time mark.
- Sophomore Allison Jurkovic finished with a three-day total of 258 (86-85-87) to finish in 12th place out of the 45-golfer field. Jurkovic's 12th place finish earns her All-OAC honors for the first time in her career.
- On day three of the tournament, Muskingum fired a team score of 353 which ranks second all-time in program history for low team round.
- Also on day three, junior Nyoka Clarke shot a career low score of 85 to lead Muskingum in the final round.
On the Course
- The Muskies were led by sophomore Allison Jurkovic who finished with a total score of 258 (86-85-87).
- Junior Nyoka Clarke finished with a three-day total of 267 (89-93-85) for Muskingum, while senior Ericka Marano wrapped up her Muskie career with a 270 (89-90-91).
- Freshman Samantha Miller tallied a 287 (96-101-90) for Muskingum, while sophomore Morgan Mullaly rounded out the Muskie scoring with a 298 (100-89-109).
