The Muskingum women's golf team placed second in a nine-team event at the Grove City Fall Invite on Saturday evening.

The Basics

  • The event took place at the Grove City Country Club.
  • As a team, the Muskies finished with a combined team score of 401.

On The Course

  • Sophomore Ericka Marano led the Muskies finishing tied for sixth in a 51-player field shooting an 89 (44-45).
  • Sophomore MacKenzie Garber shot a 102 (48-54), tied for 21st.
  • Junior Brittnee Edgar shot a 103 (52-51), tied for 24th.
  • Junior Sara Lowman shot a 107 (57-50), tied for 29th.
  • Freshman Nyoka Clarke shot a 112 (58-54), tied for 33rd.
  • Westminster College won the event with a combined team score of 356.
  • Joey Walz of Point Park finished with the top score shooting a 79 (41-38).

What's Next

  • The Muskingum women's golf team compete in the OAC Preview on Saturday, September 28. The event is set to take place at the River Green Golf Course.
