The women's golf team opened its fall season at the Fall Invitational hosted by Westminster on Saturday.
The Basics
- The invitational was held at the New Castle Country Club in New Wilmington, Pa.
- The course was a par 72 course and 6,600-yards long.
- Muskingum finished 5th of 8 teams.
On the Course
- Muskingum was led by junior Emmie Miller with a 97 to tie for 10th in the 36-golfer field.
- Jenna Lisic placed 13th, shooting a 99.
- Freshman Morgan Gossett shot a 104 to place 22nd overall.
- Sophomore Sydney Bowers finished tied for 23rd with a 105.
- Freshman Megan Stevens shot a 184 to finish 39th overall.
- Kelsey Phillips of Westminster won medalist honors with a 84.
- Point Park University won the team title with a 382.
