Koontz leads Women’s Bowling to a second-place finish at Muskie Mash

Sophomore Carly Koontz rolled a team-best 771 series (210-216-176-169) en route to finishing second out of a 30-bowler field at the Muskie Mash at Legacy Lanes in Coshocton, Ohio. The Muskies placed second out of a four-team field.

Senior Sabrina Robertson rolled a four-game series of 733 (167-201-199-166) averaging 183.3 per game to finish fourth.

Senior Taylor Angrisano carded a four-game series of 705 (164-155-175-211) averaging 176.3 to finish sixth.

Freshman Gretchen Cogan rounded out the Muskie effort notching a 659 (161-154-176-168) to place eighth.

  • Koontz and Robertson's top-five finish earned them a spot on the All-Tournament Team.
