The Muskingum softball team defeated Otterbein in game four of the Ohio Athletic Conference Tournament on Saturday night, 9-2.

How it Happened
- Muskingum used a pair of doubles from Kalie Eshelman and Mickayla Malone to plate three runs in the fourth.
- Otterbein went on to plate their two runs trimming down the Muskie lead to one. Muskingum held a 3-2 advantage after four innings.
- With bases loaded and one out, the Cardinals look to add more runs, but back-to-back swinging strikeouts from Hannah Smith spoiled the rally.
- Muskingum erupted on six runs off six hits in the sixth to stretch the lead, to 9-2.
- Muskingum secured a 9-2 victory.

- Muskingum finished with nine runs on 11 hits.
- Senior Hannah Smith pitched a complete game, firing seven strikeouts.
- Junior Claire Warschauer finished with one hit and three RBIs.
- Senior Katie Osburn and junior Mickayla Malone finished with one hit and two RBIs.
- Sophomore Kalie Eshelman went 2-for-4 with an RBI
- Freshman Lynsey Dudley added an RBI to the Muskie scoring effort.
- Junior Taylor Gallentine, freshman Megan Alspaugh, senior Cristianna Boggs, and junior Carlee Lamacz added one hit apiece to pace the Muskie bats.
