Wade Floyd enters his second year as an assistant coach for the Muskingum track & field program.

Floyd, a Muskingum University alum, was a four-year letterwinner for the Muskingum indoor and outdoor track & field programs. While at Muskingum, Floyd was a member of the Theta Omnicron Chapter of Kappa Sigma and a Resident Assistant. He also spent time shadowing a personal trainer at True North Fitness and a nutritionist at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville, Ohio. Floyd plans on utilizing his knowledge and skills on strength and conditioning, the science of dieting, and shot put and discus to further develop the track & field program.

Floyd obtained his Bachelors of Arts in Sports Administration and Health and Fitness from Muskingum in 2019.
