Behind four first-place finishes, the Muskingum men's indoor track and field team won an eight-team event Saturday inside the Bullock Health and Wellness Complex.

- Muskingum scored 142.5 points to lead the eight-team field.

On the Track
- Junior Wade Speeth secured first-place finishes in the 1000-meter run with a time of 2:41.12 and the one mile run with a time of 4:35.66.
- Freshman Ryan Irwin notched a first-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.97, junior Hasson Williams finished second with a time of 8.98.
- Muskingum's 4x200 relay team of freshman Trey Gastrich, sophomore Colton Whyte, junior Hasson Williams, and Irwin placed second with a time of 1:36.20.
In the Field
- Senior Tristan Makowski notched a first-place finish in the shot put with a throw of 13.95 meters, while senior Daniel Odette-Spillner tallied a third-place finish with a throw of 13.24.
- In the weight throw, Makowski placed fourth with a throw of 14.26 meters, while Odetter-Spillner finished fifth with a distance of 13.73 meters.
- In the long jump, Gastrich tallied a third-place finish with a mark of 6.22 meters, while junior Julian Anderson jumped 6.15 meters to finish fourth.
- The triple jump saw Julian Anderson place fourth with a mark of 12.36 meters, while freshman Noah Mitchell finished fifth with a distance of 12.31.

Muskingum will be back in action on Saturday, January 28, for its Faculty/Staff appreciation meet at the Bullock Health and Wellness Complex where they host their third Muskingum Meet. The event is scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m.
