Muskingum senior captain Alex Furst was recognized for his academic excellence by being Second Team Academic All-Ohio by the Ohio Collegiate Soccer Association (OCSA).

Furst, an environmental science major from Bay Village, Ohio, helped lead the Muskies on the pitch this past fall with two goals and three assists. During his four-year tenure, Furst played in 67 games and recorded four goals, five assists and notched three game-winning strikes.

The OCSA is one of the oldest and most prestigious college soccer associations in the nation.
