The Muskingum men's lacrosse team set numerous single-game records en route to a 26-0 victory over La Roche.

- Muskingum set the program record for goals scored in a single game with 26.
- The win marks Muskingum's first shutout in program history.
- Muskingum also set numerous other single-game records including ground balls in a game with 83, faceoffs won with 25, caused turnovers with 29, and shots with 85.
- The Muskies also tallied 14 assists on the night, one short of the program's single-game record.
How it Happened
- Out of the gate, Muskingum scored six goals in the opening six minutes of play to take a decisive lead early on.
- The Muskies added on six additional goals in the first quarter to take a 12-0 lead.
- Muskingum notched five more goals in the second quarter to bring their halftime lead up to 17-0.
- Riding their momentum, Muskingum brought the score up to 21-0 after three quarters.
- The Muskies finished the contest strong, adding five more goals in the fourth quarter to bring the final score to 26-0.
Inside the Numbers
- The Muskies were led by sophomore Jack Watts with four goals and one assist.
- Sophomore Grant Webster also tallied four goals for Muskingum, while junior Nathan Robey and sophomore Spencer Zecchini each chipped in three goals. Zecchini registered one assist for Muskingum as well.
- Senior Mason Kesler and junior Maxwell Pezzot both scored two goals and added one assist for the Muskies.
- Senior Zachary Westmeyer, senior Spencer Durso, junior Griffin Holiga, sophomore Hunter McGuire, sophomore Travis Geyer, freshman Logan Coon, freshman Noah Washburn, and freshman Brycen Craft each added one goal for Muskingum. McGuire also added a team-high five assists for Muskingum, while Holiga notched one assist.
- Sophomore Chase Kesler and freshman Isac Soto each added two saves each for the Muskies.
