Men's Lacrosse falls to Mount Union

The Muskingum men's lacrosse team fell to Mount Union on Wednesday night, 13-7.

  • Sophomore Josh Fletcher guided the Muskies with two goals on four shots and dished out one assist.
  • Senior Ryan Stacey cashed in two goals on six shots.
  • Junior Nick Klinefelter tallied one goal on four shots and two assists.
  • Freshman Brandon Farley played the entire contest in frame for the Muskies. Farley saved nine shots and allowed 13 goals.
  • Mount Union ended the outing with a 41-25 advantage in shots.
  • Logan Addonizio led the Purple Raiders with three goals and two assists.
  • Jake Krone played 60:00 minutes in goal and made 13 saves and allowed seven goals.

  • Mount Union took a quick 1-0 lead in the first quarter.
  • In the second quarter, the Purple Raiders gained control by scoring six goals and taking a 7-1 lead.
  • Muskingum was able to score three goals in the third quarter while Mount Union tallied three.
  • The Purple Raiders added three more goals in the fourth quarter en route to their first OAC victory.
