Partner with the Muskingum Men's Lacrosse Team to end Pediatric Cancer

Join the Muskingum men's lacrosse team in their efforts to put an end to pediatric cancer. They have recently partnered with the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the largest nonprofit in the world that is dedicated to children with brain tumors.

The Pediatric Brain Tumor foundation prides itself on "caring for families along their entire journey, curing every childhood brain tumor, and helping survivors and families thrive." The money that is raised will either go towards research investments or family support. The research investments include multiyear research projects to establish investigators, grants to attract new investigators to the field of pediatric brain tumor research, and collaborations. Money that goes towards family support will be used for emergency financial aid to families, college and vocational scholarships, and free educational materials for top medical experts.

It is noted that more children die from brain tumors than any other disease and you can change that with a simple donation. The men's team will be fundraising for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation through their fall scrimmage day on Sunday, Sept. 30. So far they have raised a total of $1,642 and have set a goal of $2,000. Click here to donate.
