Henry leads men’s golf at Bluffton Spring Invite

The Muskingum men's golf team put together a strong performance at the Bluffton Spring Invitational held at Hidden Creek Golf Club.

The Basics

  • The event took place at Hidden Creek Golf Club.
  • The Muskies finished eighth out of a 14-team field.
  • As a team, Muskingum shot a combined two-day score of 642 (323, 319).
  • Wooster finished in first place with a combined score of 620 (316, 304).

On the Course

  • The Muskies were led by sophomore Cameron Henry who finished with a combined score of 158. Henry recorded an opening round 78, and a score of 80 for round two. Henry finished in 20th out of the 76-golfer field.
  • Sophomore Ethan Miller totaled a 163 for Muskingum. Miller finished tied for 28th after shooting an 81 on day one and an 82 on day two.
  • Senior Trey Singleton and junior Jack Williams both recorded a two-day total of 164 for the Muskies. Singleton fired an 87 in round one and a 77 in round two, while Williams shot an 84 in round one and an 80 in round two.
  • Junior Chase Karling rounded out the scoring for Muskingum. Karling finished with a total score of 166, carding an 80 for round one and an 86 for round two.
