Men's Bowling Ranked #3 Club Team in Latest Polls

The Collegiate Club Championships ranked the Muskingum Men's Bowling team #3 overall in the first poll of the season. This is the highest ranking at this point of the season in program history. The team's early-season tournament results directly contributed to their early national recognition. Additionally, in the United States Bowling Congress National Polls, Muskingum Men's Bowling ranks 9th in the country.

At the Capital Kickoff Classic (Sept. 21), the Muskie men secured a third-place finish, showing early they were going to contend. On Nov. 9 at the Roto Grip Raider Classic,  Jacob Willard needed just 3 more in the 10th to secure the first baker 300 in program history.

Just days later, at the Ohio Bowling Conference #2 meet, the Muskie men competed at a high level again. Team totals of 1126, 981, and 1149 lifted them to victory, with leadership from Willard and Wildenmann. They are off to another dominating start to the first half of this season, and showing they are one of the elite squads in the region.

For a program like Muskingum's, this season continues to cement its status as a serious contender in men's collegiate bowling. The program has shifted toward championship-level standards for quite some time now.
