  • Baldwin Wallace took an early lead after opening the game with a 20-8 run. Singleton hit a triple at the 12:06 mark to halt the Yellow Jackets' burst and ignite an 11-2 run for the Muskies, cutting the deficit to three points (22-19). Baldwin Wallace answered with a huge 21-3 span, pushing their lead to 21 points (43-22) with 4:32 left in the half. Muskingum narrowly outscored the Yellow Jackets (8-7) in the final minutes of play, entering the break behind Baldwin Wallace, 50-30.

  • In the second half, the Yellow Jackets used a 12-5 spurt to increase their advantage to 27 points (62-35) with 16:40 on the clock. Over the next seven minutes, Muskingum managed to outscore Baldwin Wallace (19-17), bringing the score to 79-54. Despite the Muskies' efforts, the Yellow Jackets maintained a dominant lead en route to a home victory, 100-67.
