Casey Huhn is entering his third season on the Muskingum football staff and his first season as defensive line coach and recruiting coordinator. Huhn was elevated to defensive line coach in the summer of 2022 after previously coaching running backs and tight ends in his first two season at Muskingum.

2021 saw Huhn help lead the Muskies to a five-win season, the most wins in a season since the 2003 campaign, and the first top half finish in the OAC standings since 2009. In 2022, Huhn and the Muskies achieved the program's second straight five-win season. This marked the first time the program won at least five games in back-to-back years since 1995 and 1996. Muskingum earned victories over Waynesburg, Ohio Northern, Wilmington, Otterbein, and Capital en route to their outstanding year. Muskingum's 62-14 win over Wilmington marked the most points the program had scored in a single game since 1960. With the win, the Muskies also extended their winning streak against the Quakers to 12 games. Muskingum's win over Ohio Northern also marked the program's first victory over the Polar Bears since the 2011 season.

Before joining the Muskingum staff, Huhn served as the defensive line coach for The College of St. Scholastica. He helped evaluate personnel, analyzed opponent game films, and created defensive scouting reports.

As a player, Huhn spent four seasons at Marietta College where he was a three-year starter and earned the Most Improved award and Defensive Lineman of the Year award for the Marietta football program in 2017. He also spent a season as an intern for the Marietta football team where he assisted the coaching staff in recruiting needs and broke down season film for individual use of staff for player progression, film grading, sale and recruiting.

Huhn earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Marietta College in sports management in 2018 and his M.A.E. from Muskingum in 2022.
